Manchu Lakshmi is presently busy wrapping her latest production venture ‘Gundello Godari’, which is in the last stages. The film is a bilingual being made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil (Maranthen Mannithen). It is learnt that, Lakshmi is playing a village belle named Chitra who loves kodi pandhalu. Her latest stills which are unveiled few days ago got good response. Lakshmi will be seen opposite Sundeep Kishan in this romantic entertainer.
Aadhi and Taapsee Pannu are the other lead cast in the movie, which is based on four lives during the 1986 floods in Godavari districts. Maestro Ilaiyaraaja has composed the music and the audio will be launched soon. Kumar Nagendra is making his directorial debut and Gundello Godari is expected to release for Dussehra.
