YSRC party President and Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy today withdrew his bail petition filed in the Supreme court. Mr Jagan, the prime accused in illegal assets case and currently lodged in Chenchalaguda central jail had taken the dcision on advise from his counsels and political advisers, party sources here indicated. Mr Jagan’s plea for bail was rejected by theh AP High Court following which he had moved the Apex Court. The sources said he was advised that it would be inappropriate for him to approach the Supreme Court for bail at this juncture in the wake of investigation by Enforcement Directorate.
