Often we don’t see such scenarios happening in Telugu film industry. Manirathnam’s yesteryear mega-hit movie ‘Garshana’ had Prabhu and Karthi in lead roles. Now, producer Ramesh, maker of movies like ‘Osthe’ (tamil version of Dabangg) has reportedly approached to reprise their fathers’ role in this remake that is directed by Dharani in both the languages.
When approached the closer sources, it was mentioned that the film will go on floors in December as the makers want to start the shooting only after the release of Manirathnam’s ‘Kadal’ that marks the debut of Karthik’s son Gautham. The official confirmations will be made only after the producer has acquired the remake rights.
